network speed vs phone storage

Will my network browsing speed &/ network range decrese,
If i install all apps on my phone atorage / more apps running on background ? Or anything els
What could be the possible reason??
Bcz me and my friend using same network at same place he is getting 10mbps but I'm getting 1mbps, my sim gives 9mbps on his mobile...
Suggest me why it is like so??

I'm using 32 ram/32gb rom 4g slots... Mobile

There's no way to diagnose the problem online like this, it has to go into a repair shop.

(And no, installing apps, unless one of them is using a lot of internet bandwidth in the background all the time, won't affect the internet speed. Measuring the speed differently could, though. If he's measuring to a nearby server and you're measuring to one halfway around the world, your speed will be slower. It's the speed from your phone to the server that you're measuring. There's no such thing as absolute phone internet speed, it has to be to or from some other device - like a server.)
