How to exit turquoise downloading screen? (details inside)

I recently dropped my s6 into a tub accidentally, and I immediatley put it into a bag of rice to try to dry it out. When I tried to turn my phone on later all that came up was a blue downloading screen. I tried holding the buttons down to exit, but after my screen turns black it goes right back into the downloading screen. If anyone can tell me how to fix this I would be very appreciative. Thanks

Welcome to Android Central! Unfortunately, there might not be much you can do. Putting the phone in rice isn't a cure-all solution for water damage. You could bring it to a repair shop, but water damage can be unpredictable and extensive.
