What is a good phone for about $200-$250?

I am looking for a phone that is in the $200-$250 range. Currently, I am using a Moto E.
This time around I would like an unlocked phone since I travel internationally to Europe and Asia. Large screen for media consumption, preferably 720p minimum but higher would be good too. A microsd slot for expanded storage. Removable battery is not required. Descent battery life would be sufficient. USB-C for charging would be nice but MicroUSB works also. If it has a really awesome camera that would be nice. I don't plan to play games on this much, mostly video, music, surfing the web, emails, and phone/ text.
With so many phones out, I just cannot keep track of everything. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Android Central did a post a little while ago detailing what they think are the best phones for under $200. The end result was the Moto G4 which is actually $179 right now

You can also pick up the ZTE Axon 7 Mini for $199 on Amazon. Which i think is an amazing deal.

You can also have a look at AndroidCentral's sub $300 devices.

Dual SIM sounds like high on list of preferences.

You could consider an 7" tablet if your current phone serves your needs.

Travel should bring an external battery pack too.

Amazon Prime has BLU phones for $49-99 2/16 dual sim + SD card slots.

For 200 bucks and some , get the ONE PLUS 2 or 3 , depending on the price, they have 4 gb of RAM (witch s7 edge and other flagship phones have) and a great display, besides the outstanding performances...

You can look into Older flagship phones. I picked up my note 4 for 180$.
