LG Tones APP plays text message when I receive a voicemail

When I get a voicemail or when I open my voicemail app and play a voicemail the LG Tone & Talk APP will play a text message (this seems to be a random message). It will replay that same text 3 times and there is no way to stop it. I am using LG Tone & Talk 3.0.29 with a LG Tones HBS760 (but have had the same issue with a 750) on a Samsung Note 5 SM-N920A with Android 6.0.1 Build MMB29K.N920AUCS4CQA1
