Why is my Tecno C5 touching by itself?

when I use my techno,I am not enjoying because you will find it has pressed itself in another button,usually it press itself in the upper right screen side.How can I solve this problem

Was the device exposed to moisture, or was it dropped? It sounds like some sort of mechanical issue to me, a loose wire or short or problem with the digitizer. You of course have tried restarting the device? You may need to take it in for repair or warranty replacement.
