Retrieving Contacts - S7 Bad Screen

[AC Question]

S7 Edge - My screen went bad. It still lights up but it is just bands of color. Debugging mode is not enabled. I can unlock it, and connect it to my laptop, and see folders, but no real data. Samsung "Find My Mobile" is not enabled. Is there any hope at all short of replacing the screen?

Could I possibly enable debugging mode if I get another s7 and replicate the screen taps?

Welcome to Android Central! Are the contacts saved to your Google or Samsung account? Or are they only saved to the local Phone account? On your computer, go to contacts.google.com to see if they were saved and synced to your Google account.
