Did you see the previous reply? Have you tried contacting IMO support as suggested? I don't believe IMO is popular in the West, where many of our more experienced members are based, the app support team as suggested is your best resource.
Both @B. Diddy and @hallux have already offered help, although none of the posters in this thread has acknowledged that or posted feedback.
I don't think that either of them, nor any other members, has any more help to offer, so I'll close the thread provisionally.
