Any budget phones that cover all USA carriers?

I've been seeing a lot of great flagship killer phones lately. Unfortunately most don't appear to be compatible with the Verizon or Sprint Networks, nor do they appear to have the necessary bands. Are there any foreign phones that'll work on all U. S. Carrier system's, meaning completely unlocked. Hearing a lot of issues over here about connection issues here and there. Only talk and text, constant roaming or only 3G signal., etc etc.

Axon 7 works on Verizon, not sure about Sprint. Sprint is kind of dead. Moto Z Play Droid works on everything. Nexus 5X, Moto G Play, etc, etc.

Axon 7 I'm fairly sure doesn't work on Sprint. I've definitely looked into that one. Kind of know the Motorola phones tend to, but not sure about all of them. I've been trying to get more information on the LeEco Le Max 2. Seems to have all the necessary bands and appears completely unlocked, but there doesn't appear to be much direct carrier information out there on it. I'd say the LeTv, or now LeEco phones in general.
