Moto G 3rd Gen - Apps stopping & can't take screenshots?

Hi - I've recently noticed something with my Moto G 3rd Gen, which is 11 months old.

After about 8-9 hours of working perfectly, the following things happen:

- Snapchat and a couple of other apps crash instantly upon opening.
- I can't download images on WhatsApp, it just says "Download failed - the download was unable to be completed".
- I can't take screenshots, it just says "Can't take screenshot due to limited storage space, or it isn't allowed". I have 29GB spare.

When I turn my phone off and on again, it all works. But then 8 hours later, this. I've only really noticed it in the past 3-4 weeks.

Any help is appreciated! I've cleared the cash and tried uninstalling/reinstalling. Keen to avoid a factory reset.

Welcome to Android Central! Chances are that some app you installed is causing a conflict at some point. But it can be tedious to narrow it down.
