Why can't i turn on media audio

I'm trying to connect my note S5 to my Sony speaker via Bluetooth. It will only connect for a call, and I am unable to slide the media audio from the off to the on position. How can I change this so I can play my Pandora through my speaker. This has worked in the past but will not work now.

Welcome to Android Central! Is the phone currently connected to some other Bluetooth device for Media Audio as well? Like a pair of headphones?
