My gallery photo spikes for scaling after tapping on photos

Hello,
I have problem with my new phone (galaxy j5 2016) I don't have much photos and images in my gallery and a few applications.

The problem is when I tap on one of my photos it get spiky while scaling up, please help me out. it is annoying

Generally scaling up photos isn't the best practice, it only works out if you're just increasing the size by a minimal amount and even then there's going to be some degradation in quality, sometimes noticeable, sometimes not. If for example you have a low res, 72 dpi photo and scale it up to 96 dpi the end result won't make much of a difference in image quality but going 72 dpi to 600 dpi will look pretty bad.
