Will the BU 103 provide a signal that will allow me to receive and send calls inside the building?

I work inside my shop and the doors are closed most of the time. When doors are closed the signal disappears. With doors open I have signal. The internet service I use is from antenna (not Verizon, only Verizon internet service id from Jet Pack). I plan on running a cable from the house to the shop for internet. Will the BU103 range extender work for me in the building or can I just switch to wifi on my phone once I get the internet in the shop?
