My Micro SD Card in my Samsung Galaxy S4

AC Question

My phone says my Micro SD card has unsupported files. If I format the card I will lose all data. How can I see what is on the card?

You can connect your phone to your computer and copy and paste the files from the sd card to your pc. You could also use an sd card reader if you have one. Once you have copied the files to your computer you can reformat the sd card using your phone and see if the problem continues with the newly formatted and essentially blank sd card. If the problem seems to be resolved you can transfer the files back to the sd card from your computer and then see if you still get the error message. If you do, it's beyond my abilities to help you further. Good luck.

If your computer cannot read the card either, then it is corrupted but don't format it yet!
Try a program like card recovery pro for your pc. It will recover photos from your card.

I have done this to recover photos from corrupted cards from my cameras when shooting special events.
