How do I get rid of an unwanted bar across the top of my home screen?

A

AC Question

I downloaded a bus transportation app for Cuenca, Ecuador. As soon as it installed, it put what appears to be an X Y axis coordinates bar across the top of my home screen. To be precise, at the moment it shows: P; 0/1 dx:-4.0 dy: -10.0 xv: 0.079 yv: 0.102 Prs: 1.0 Size: 0.03.

In addition to this, it creates a line on the screen with each movement I make. The lines disappear after I change screens, but are created again with each scroll or pressing on the screen.

The program did not work as I expected, so I uninstalled it. This did not solve the issue of the bar or the lines. I ran All in One Toolbox to try to clean out the remnants, but it did not help. I tried downloading another cleaning app (forgot the name), but it did not help either.

In desperation I wrote to the app maker, but they have not responded.

Any suggestions?
