Welcome to Android Central! You can't install Android apps to an iPhone. Look on the Appstore for an iOS version of those apps. If the app you were using on your Android phone saved data to the cloud, then the same app on iOS should be able to access that same data from the cloud. But if the data was only saved to the phone, then you won't be able to move it over.
