AC Question
I've tried a few of the answers on here but with no success so I'm posting my own query. My Samsung J3a keeps telling me it's memory is full, I have only downloaded 4 apps which apparently take up around 3GB but my 'system memory' takes up nearly 4GB. I only have 8GB of internal memory, all my photos and any apps I could move are on my SD card but the system memory keeps expanding so my free space is too tiny to update anything. I clear the cache frequently but have noticed it basically fills back up instantly. So I hit clear cache, close settings so the home screen is open, open storage again and my cache has gone up from 0MB to 70KB for no overt reason.
I'm just wondering whether there's any way of reducing the system memory? I've hit force stop on all the apps that come with the phone which I don't use, like Facebook, but otherwise I'm just stuck. Any thoughts would be much appreciated, I'm getting a little tired of seeing the 'internal storage is almost full' notification!
