Can't get rid of alarm on clock app

[AC Question]

Hello. My clock app says that I have an alarm set for 9:45, and I never set one. When I go into the command center widget in the alarms section, nothing is listed, but when I swipe right to the clock portion, under the time it lists that alarm. This happened yesterday too, with alarms I hadn't set. They did go off. I tried clearing the cache and the data for the clock app, didn't work. I powered the phone off, and when I turned it back on, the alarm notifier was fine, but came back on in about a minute. If it was an alarm for another app, would the clock app still list it? Any ideas on how to get rid of this? Thanks!

Welcome to the forums. What device do you have? Are you using that stock clock application?
