    I have no clue on how to find my contacts without phone working.

    Assuming that they were Google contacts, not Device or SIM contacts, go to https://www.google.com/contacts/#contacts If they're there, they should sync to the phone. If some are missing, go to More/Restore contacts, and you can restore any contact deleted during the past 30 days. (If you entered them as Device or SIM contacts, they're gone - which is why all contacts should be entered as Google contacts.)
    Of course that assumes a working phone. You can't get anything from a non-working phone. (I assume that you replaced/will replace the phone with another phone.)
