    I bought this phone from a young girl that Came up to me at gas station and i have to sign in with previous owners account gmail in order to do anything..ive got terminal cancer and really couldnt afford to help but i did because i know how it feels when youve nobody to care. I guess ive been scamed..i truly respect your policy..is there anyway you can put my email as owners account so i can use it..its a very nice phone..i truly appreciate anything you can do..im Peggy Roberts i do better talking than texting.

    There is no way of bypassing the requirement to enter those details in order to access the phone. Given the way that you acquired it, it may be best to go to the police or a carrier store in order to find out whether it has been reported missing.
    I've deleted your phone number, but I'll ask the Moderators about it....they may decide to restore it.
