Save or access data after breaking phone screen?

[AC Question]

I recently broke the screen my OnePlus One (A0001) and it hold some data I need. The phone is working fine, when you click the power button, it lights up as normal however, touching doesn't do anything. The sound and buttons are fine, but the touch isn't working. I'm going to switch to a Zenfone 2 (ZE500CL) for now, I would really like to be able to get that data. Maybe there is a way to cast the phone to a computer since only the touch is broken?
