    Hi. I've scoured the I telnet looking for this, but I can't find a definitive answer anywhere. So what I would like to know is about bricking a phone during rooting, specifically what part of rooting is dangerous. Is it the rooting itself (unlocking bootloader/installing supersu or kingroot/etc.), the installing of custom ROMs, or the installing of apps from questionable sources? Any reply would be greatly appreciated as I am a total beginner at rooting. Thanks.

    Mostly in unlocking bootloader and flash ROM/Recovery. According to my experience, flashing wrong (version of) ROM/root file/Recovery are the main causes of bricking,
