    Welcome to Android Central! So is the Mobile Iron app actually installed from Google Play, and you're getting that message when trying to set it up? Does your company have an IT department you can call for support?

    Yes, I installed the Mobile Iron app from Google Play. Yes, I do have an IT dept. but they only can support iDevices and Samsung. Has referred me to Android specialist to solve this problem.

    How odd that they only support Samsung devices. I certainly am not going to be a good replacement for IT, but let's see what we can do. When MobileIron mentions "badged version," it may be referring to the Gmail app in G Suite (not the personal Gmail app) -- does your company want you to install that? https://gsuite.google.com/
