Samsung Galaxy Note 2 wont connect to WiFi

[AC Question]

Hello.
My phone will recognise a router / WiFi signal but will not connect.

It goes to Saved/ secured.

All my other devices are working properly,

It does sometimes connect via tethering from another device, but not enough signal strength to connect.

The phone is not locked to a carrier, and is running 4.4.2.

I have rebooted in safe mode, and have now reset to factory setting. No change !

Any advice would be much appreciated.

Welcome to Android Central! Does this happen on any wi-fi network, or just your home network? If it's only the home network, try rebooting the router by unplugging its power for 10 seconds.
