How do I fix enlarged overlapping icons on Samsung Glaxy s7 home screen?

I was making a phone call today and heard a few clicking sounds before the call dropped. Since this happened all of the icons on my homepage are larger than normal and they are overlapping because each page seems to be enlarged. My phone has been freezing and glitching out constantly since this has happened and I keep recieving notifications about the weather and system UI crashing. I've already gone into my settings and tried disabling touch wiz easy home and tried to reset the 5x5 grid but neither attempts at troubleshooting worked.

This is exactly the same problem I'm having. My phone died and when it came back on it was like this. We're you able to fix yours? The suggestions above didn't help me.
