To check how much free space is on the device? No, you need to be able to turn it on and access the Settings app/screen to determine that.

Welcome to Android Central! Do you mean that you need to know which version of the S6 you have, and want to know if it's a 32 GB, 64 GB, or 128 GB version? Do you still have the box it came with?

Have you already tried pressing and holding Power for at least 10-15 seconds? Does anything happen when you plug it into a wall outlet?
