Lost recorded videos while cut paste on Android Smartphone

While cut and paste recorded videos from phone memory to SD card I lost all the videos i.e videos that pasted on SD Card shows "0" kb Size and when ever I tries to play that videos it displays "can't play that video" message. Is there any Android app that will helpful to recover or any other method to be recommended ?

Probably not, since there's nothing on the SD card, and to recover from the phone you'll have to root it, then install a recovery app - both of which can overwrite the file you're trying to recover. Next time make sure that you back things up.

And in the future, copy, paste, delete, don't cut, paste. If a cut and paste goes bad ... well, you now have the result of that. With a copy, if the paste goes bad, you still have the original.
