Why can't I flash any rom using twrp?

I'm using Galaxy j700h 2015 variant and I flashed stock firmware and latest twrp. Now I can't flash any new roms it showing no error when installing but I always end up in bootloop I tried 3 or 4 roms but nothing happend a good thing I always take a backup please help me I'm new to these stuffs

Did you factory reset/wipe data and cache before installing new rom?
PS: Make a backup for your phone before factory reset.

I think I flashed a wrong twrp file earlier but after that I'm updated it to latest by official twrp app is it can be the reason or in that time flashed firmware with odin is their any chance I could flashed different j7 variants firmwares

It is possible that you have flashed a wrong J7 variant firmware, but also might be other reasons.
I usually flash ROM with Odin directly, and don't wipe system, just data/cache.
You may check the ROM and try again.

Sorry, but I'm not a developer and not familiar with J7. Can you now power on your phone normally after factory reset? Or it is still in bootloop?

I have the same problem....
I have sm-j700f tried to flash with twrp v 2.46 and again tried with cf something from chainfire but not able to flash...
Device is not detecting by odin 3 when in downloading mode...
Help me please... my device is running android 6.0.1
