Why my audio record files on phone cannot play?

Good day to all, here is my concern regarding on my audio recorded files. On that day we having a meeting I used my android phone Vivo Y51 to record all agendas and other important matters in the meeting for my minutes. One day after the meeting I was trying to replay all of my recordings but there were 2 records did not play. When I click play the files it says "cannot play this audio file". I noticed that the time is all in 00:00. But it contain 43.12 MB and 7.44 MB. Can you help me this kind of problem. How to fix or recover this files? I need it as soon as possible for the next meeting by this first week of April. Thank you.
