Some apps are not shifting to sd card

Some apps like whatsapp and facebook arent moving to Sd card(external storage). Its eats a lot of storage, all its video's and images are getting stored on internal. What should Be done?(galaxy J5) The option is not available.

Welcome to the forums. If the developer doesn't support moving apps to the SD card, then there isn't really anything that can be done about that. Since the apps aren't set up for that, there is no brute force method to change that.

If the media files are what is taking up most of the space, you can manually move the pictures and videos to the SD card using a file browser app. Your social media app will not know where you moved them to, but you will still have them.
