I dropped my phone and some of the screen is black, is there any fix?

I was walking home and my phone fell out of my pocket. When I picked it up the my glass screen protector was broken. The odd part is my actual screen isn't broken, but the bottom half of my phone is black. Is there I can fix it or any place I can go to get this fix?

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? If you're lucky, it might just be a loose connection, but it's probably a damaged screen. Bring it to a repair shop (or, if you're really handy, search for videos showing how to open up your phone and check the connections).
