AC Question
Hi, im a completely android newbie.
About configuring Ms Outlook app, I've read this comment in thurrott's site:
"Just add your Outlook.com/Exchange account details at the system level.
Accounts >> Add Account >> Outlook/Exchange
This will give you read/write access to your contacts, calendar, and email from with the stock apps on your phone.
It's as simple as using Outlook.com/Exchange within the system settings and stock apps in iOS.
There's no need to use the Outlook app. But if you want to use it you have to additionally sign in on that app (which is the same as what you have to do with the iOS version of the Outlook app). Any limitations of the Outlook app are limitations of the app, not of the way Android interacts with Outlook.com/Exchange."
I'm a (more i was) a windows phone user, and i've bought my 1st Android yesterday (one+) and it will arrive in 10 days. I intend to use my Outlook.com account, with all email accounts, calendar and contacts synced.
What i draw from this comment is that there is bidirecional sync between android stock apps and Outlook/Outlook.com, and also that i can have Outlook app installed simultaneously.
So my doubt is what is the advantage of using Nine - Outlook for Android (over Ms or android stock app)?
Thank you and regards
