why does my LGG3 vigor suck?

My Lg G3 vigor can run very few apps, crashes right away f i eve dare to try snapchat, and crashes in the middle of phone calls, ill be lucky if the keyboard shows up when i try to type. is there something I could of done to the phone to cause this or is it just a crappy phone altogether

Settings... General... Storage... Cached data...
If you delete that, it will clean up the phone a bit without losing any personal info.
Reboot the device and see if it's any better...
