[AC Question]

Im using the calendar widget on my phone. You can add and delete events for the calendar like holidays or birthdays, but for no reason my calendar started adding its own events based on things happening in my school and it wont let me customize or delete them. Normal events show up as light blue, but these show up as dark brown. Is there a way to delete these events, or at least hide them from my calendar?

Welcome to Android Central! Are you syncing your school's calendar? If so, you probably can't edit those events -- the events are presumably shared with you to display but not to modify. Which calendar app are you using? There should be an easy way to toggle a specific calendar on or off. You can either turn it off in the calendar display, or you can unsync that calendar.
