Why can I no longer set multiple notifications for events in my S Planner?

I used to be able to set multiple notifications for events, however, as of a couple days ago I can no longer do this when creating a new event. The plus sign to add a second notification disappears when I add the first. Events that I created before a couple days ago still allow me to set multiple reminders.
