My phone stuck at boot menu

[AC Question]

my phone enters safe mode and i tried to reset it by removing my battery(because my power button is not working) and after it opened it is still on safe mode . I uninstalled all my apps and reset it for the 2nd time and it is still on safe mode. I decided to reboot and it showed some options but i can't select it because the volume buttons are not working now my phone is stucked at the boot menu any help guys?

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? If the buttons are malfunctioning, the phone might think you're always trying to boot into Safe Mode, since some phones require you to press Vol Down during the boot process to get to Safe Mode.
