why does my samsung j2 2016 touch wiz not responding

[AC Question]

Hi i drop my phone in the toilet by mistake i took it out fast n dry it wit tissue then i blow dry it. It came on but the touch wiz was sticking so i turn it off after a few hours i hear about puting it in rice i did so abt 8 hours now i check it it come on every thing look good but the touch wiz not sliding when i drag my fingers across the sscreen. Can some one help plz?
