why does my samsung j3 2016 touch wiz not working

Hi i drop my samsung j 3 2016 in the toilet by mistake i took it out fast n dry it wit tissue n take out the battery n sim card n sd card n blow dry it n skake it out it came on but to touch wiz was sticking i then heard abt putting it in rice from a friend n i did so after abt 8 hours i check my phone it came on but the touch wiz not responding when i try to slide my fingers across the screen to un lock it i put it back in d rice n it still there. Plz help
