A few months ago my LGG4 I got through TMobile got stuck in a bootloop. We're not sure what happened, if it's that loose connector or what the problem is.
I removed the TMo SD card and slipped in m Crik SD card and for a few moments, it got past the LG loading screen, past the white Tmo screen and it actually loaded my home screen. But then it went right back to the boot loop. I took out the SD card and tried again. Even without an SD card, it's stuck in the bootloop.
Now I'm trying a factory data reset and I get to "Delete all user data (including LG and carrier apps) and reset all setting? (the second question) and after I select YES
It freezes. It's done this twice.
Any advice? Has anybody experienced this and have fixed it??
Ideally, I would love to reset my phone and get it usable again so I can use it with my Crik plan.
I'm not sure if I'll have to do anything else before I can but I'll cross that bridge after I cross this bootloop bridge.
