it takes too much time to charge

When I bought this phone moto g4 that charger was working properly and always shows the singer of turbo charger connected biut from last two three days it is not that sing And it's takes almost 5 6 hour to charge fully and speed has been decreased .. wht to do? In fact there is no cut on the USB cable and no damage to adapter .
