Speed, storage,& viruses for Android phones

[AC Question]

I've got clean Master and cm security and I just installed a battery saver and now it's asking me to install a few more apps to speed it up and make storage also is antivirus good for the Samsung Galaxy 3 Express as for the speed and storage what would be good apps for that

I agree. By adding all kinds of those allegedly helpful utilities you're micromanaging the Android operating system on your phone, actually making it work harder to compensate. Aspects such as Android's memory management is pretty sophisticated as is, trying to manipulate it often doesn't help but rather most of these utilities are just giving you a false sense of optimizing something better left alone.
As for an antivirus or anti-malware utility, if you're actually having issues they can help in some situations but also keep in mind for the most part they're just using up system resources running in the background, resources better used for apps and services that you actually need in day-to-day usage of your phone.

None of those CM apps or "cleaner" apps are needed.
Most (all?) of them will probably slow you down in the long run.
