Is there away to see on the phone if it's being tracked...my soon to be ex admitted to having me followed the last 6 months and I wanted to make sure it was not on my phone..,thank you for your help

He would have to install an app on your phone and agree to share location. But it certainly can be done. But if he "had you followed" by some professional, you could have any number of things but just your phone. Get someone to look at your apps that knows a bit about this stuff to rule out the phone maybe..
