Why won't my apps transfer??

The size of my SD card is 125GB with only 2GB being used. When I try to transfer certain apps I get the "not enough space" message. Any ideas as to why?

Not all apps can or will transfer to your SD card. I am guessing that is the problem,
Also We don't know what device you have, does it support the 125GB SD Card?

Apps transfer to internal storage, even if you have them marked to store on external storage. They copy to internal storage first. (All computers work like that.) If you don't have enough internal storage, you can't transfer files.

I have a Samsung Galaxy J7. It transfers some apps usually the ones that are smaller in size.
