How do u find out what mu audio settings are and which speaker output on my verizon vs425 android

I can hear when someone calls me but they can't hear me unless I use speakerphone

Welcome to Android Central! That's more likely a problem with your primary phone mic. If the other party can hear you on speakerphone and also wired or Bluetooth headsets, then your primary phone mic is either faulty or blocked. Inspect the mic opening closely -- if it's clear of debris, then bring the phone to a repair shop.
