[AC Question]

Well to start off I open my default notes app ( no other app is open and its the first thing i do upon boot-up) and I notice a small green lock thing in right hand corner of app when I see what's all open (idk what it is or how it got there).

After clicking on notes, I pressed "clear all" on lower screen a few times and it won't close my notes app. I try to swipe it away and it won't. I have no apps on my phone that would continue this.

I deleted most to all my apps, had several "Doctor" apps scan my phone ( which they all said there's nothing out of the ordinary on my device.

My question is, what could it possibly be keeping my notes app from closing?

Also I have no extra securities that would keep it on
