Xfinity connect screen is ruining my phone time!

Since the latest software update on my Samsung Galaxy S7, anytime I am near a wifi that i did not previously have set up on my phone, I get this annoying Xfinity wi-fi access screen. I do not want to connect through them EVER. I have DirectTV and a local internet provider...in other words, not a Comcast customer in any way. How do I tell my phone to quit asking me if I want to connect/join Xfinity, etc.????

There are settings in Settings/Wifi. Turn off "Always allow scanning". Turn off any "Auto connect" lines. "Forget" any Xfinity connections.
