Can't view group texts

[AC Question]

I have an Android system and my phone is an LG, Mocel LS665. I can't view group text messages. When I get one, it says "no content" and when I go the detail, it says "New multimedia message; receive? When I click on "Download," it says "Message expired or not available." I have unlimited texting on my Virgin Mobile plan so I don't think it's an issue with the carrier. Sometimes theyc ome through a day late, and sometimes not at all.
