abnormal reset

[AC Question]

can't login to my phone, said abnormal reset I didn't reset it. did the live chat thing archana said to go to findmyphone.com when i asked why it said to do it i did, changed my password but still not working!!!!!!! i called 1800samsung spoke with jose he didn't know anything either game me another number to call but it was a car dealership number. is there anyone that knows EXACTLY what to do for this? verizon is not open right now to call. Somebody has to know how Samsung phones can be unlocked!
