My memory card is not working

I can't transfer data, pics from my alcatel pop phone to my sd card

Can your device detect the card? Can other devices? Can you use a different card?
Troubleshoot...

check it's connected as MTP or USB mass storage from your notification panel and the drivers are installed on your pc.
