I cannot send/receive photos from viber

I just bought S7 edge and downloaded viber. I can send text and do video calls, but it would only keep on loading when I try to send/receive photos. I did not put it on power saving mode. All permissions are set. Tried restarting and reinstalling to no success. I have no problem with Skype or fb messenger. Does anyone have this kind of issue?

Do you connect via Wi-Fi or mobile network? By default, Viber only auto download media (photo/video) when connected to Wi-Fi. You can go to Viber> Menu> Settings> Media, enable "Auto download media over mobile network". PS: Uncheck "Restrict data usage" if necessary.
If it doesn't work, you may try back up Viber data and then clean Viber cache/data.

I connect via Wifi only. I did all your suggestions still no luck.
