My phone is hacked with malware bootloader how do i remove

My phone is hacked and blocked at times. Erased and cant access uninstall on over 200 apps placed on my phone. I have tried factory reset but doesnt work.

Welcome to Android Central! Which phone? If you have malware installed to the system root, you most likely need to reinstall the whole firmware, since doing a factory reset will use the same infected firmware.
